The neighborhood boast higher end homes surrounding “The Broadmoor” which is a top-notch resort known for its early-1900s theme with plenty of shopping, dining and other entertainment for guests. Also super close to this neighborhood is the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Bear Creek Nature Area.
