Bordered by Shields Street, Harmony Road and Fossil Creek Drive is Clarendon Hills. Established in 1988, this area has mature landscaping and is surrounded by open space and parks. Want to take  a break? You can take a walk in Hazaleus Natural Area, Cathy Fromme Prairie Natural Area, Ridgeview Park, Fossil Creek Park and trail. There are other natural areas you might enjoy close by as well. Horsetooth Reservoir is just under 8 miles away and Poudre Canyon is a 14.9 mile drive. Want to go out on the town? Old Town is only 5 ½ miles from you. This area is great for kids and college students. Colorado State University is only 3.9 miles away and Front Range Community College is also not far. Other neighborhood schools include McGraw Elementary School, Webber Middle School and Rocky Mountain High. After school, take your kid to grab something to eat at Pizza Hut, Silvermine Subs, Panda Express or elsewhere. They can study at Harmony Library.
