Another great feature here are the HOA amenities, which include a clubhouse, tennis courts, a pool and a common recreation area. Need some exercise? Head out on Warren Lake's walking and bike path, Golden Meadow Park Trails or  Power Trail. You can also hit the links, at Collindale Golf Course. After your day out in nature, grab a bite to eat at area restaurants like C.B. & Potts, Justine's Pizza or Jimmy John's. The neighborhood is surrounded by Breakwater Drive, Landings Drive, Horsetooth Road and South Lemay Avenue.
