With a real estate career that has spanned over a decade, Colorado Springs Real Estate Broker, Matt Moorman provides a collection of Real Estate Experience between Mortgage Lending, Purchase Acquisition, and Real Estate Sales. Matt Moorman founded J Matthew Homes in 2017, he was quickly nominated for Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams and is now a realtor with HomeSmart. From 2002-2010 Matt was a top producing mortgage lender, where he specialized in New Build VA Lending. In 2010 Matt took a break from Real Estate to work on other business ventures, he was featured on MSNBC for business entrepreneurship. Matt was presented for his high level, outside-the-box marketing strategies, his business logistics, and large commercial building techniques. During his tenure, he worked on Commercial Real Estate Ventures, negotiating tenant finishes, leases, and commercial purchases. In 2017, he sold his business, moving back into Real Estate, where he became a licensed Real Estate Broker, which enabled him to follow his true passion, assisting families, in the sale and purchase of their homes. Matt achieves his success through his exceptional marketing background, excellent business negotiation skills, and a strong real estate financial background. Matt Moorman quickly excelled at Keller Williams becoming one of the top performers within his branch. Matt believes that in all business, customer service is priority one. Brittney Welch MRP, SFR, SRS

Brittney Welch finds true love in all things Real Estate. So much, she earned her Real Estate license on February 14, 2017. In just three short years, she has successfully closed over 100 homes, personally! Last year, Brittney’s education brought her a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designation & Seller Resource Specialist (SRS) designation. Gaining more and more education is important in a fast growing, equity driven environment. Colorado Springs brings a lot of potential for everyone who acts, because of this, Brittney has been known to help sellers and investors alike to get rehab needed homes to the closing table. Her ties to the military community make her a “one stop shop” for every duty station! In Brittney’s free time, she is an avid no trace backpacker, hiker and always seen on the trails with her Labrador Retriever in tow. Brittney has a wonderful military family consisting of the love of her life, three children, two dogs, and two lizards. Mallory Legros

Mallory is a Colorado Native! She is originally from the south-east region of the state, where she lived for 12 years and then made the move to Colorado Springs about 18 years ago, and has called the city home since.She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from CSU- Pueblo in year obtained in 2014 and has actually worked in law enforcement for the last 6 years. She is an avid hiker and loves taking her pups with her, and on her down time she enjoys shooting, camping and fishing.

Mallory says that she became intrigued with real estate when she purchased her first home, and decided to get licensed shortly after. She truly enjoys helping people, whether they are in a crisis, being there for her community, or if they are ready to invest in a home.

Stephaney Hincy

Stephaney Hincy is a dual citizen. She was born in the Netherlands, and then moved with her family to Huber Heights, OH in 1994. In 2006, she came to Colorado Springs, CO, and has called it home since. Stephaney comes from an eclectic work background, with 10 years in the medical industry as a CNA, 7 years in the wireless industry running sales and operations and 2 years running operations in the Construction industry.  Stephaney bounces between living in Colorado Springs, and Westcliffe, CO with her two daughters and her dog. When she's not working for her clients, she enjoys watching her daughters play sports (dance and hockey), living an active lifestyle, working out, shooting and making memories with her friends and family. Her experience, and family's military background bring a high level of detail and extensive knowledge when working with her clients.She decided to take the leap into real estate to follow her passion of helping others, to take stress off of their plate, and showing them that the process of finding a new home should be fun and exciting.
