Woodmoor is suburb located within the Monument and Tri-Lakes area, just North of Colorado Springs. It is an unincorporated community, but is still governed by El Paso County and is actually right on the boarder of the Palmer Divide. The population here is a little over 9,300, so area doesn't feel over crowded.
